Yoga for emotional resilience: a two-hour retreat

 – at Dance Research Studio

Would you like to strengthen your own inherent resilience?

Would you like to crowd out your fears and anxieties and develop greater freedom and strength?

Would you like to curtail your negative thinking and fuel your positive thinking?

Would you like to learn to confront life’s ups and downs with greater equanimity, even joy?

Then join us for a special 2hr workshop in Haggerston, where we will guide you through the following practices:

·       Affirmation setting

·       Loving kindness meditation

·       Pranayama

·       Vinyassa yoga

·       Yin yoga and partner work

·       Emergency resilience hacks

·       Yoga nidra

This is the very first in a series of transformation workshops we’ll be running in London, so all we ask is that you bring an open mind, comfortable clothing, and make a £10 (minimum) donation to either the Mental Health Foundation or Unicef’s Syria campaign.

The session is open to all yoga practioners (beginners through to advanced), but some experience of yoga is required.

The practice will be led by Shira Hess and co-facilitator Tracy Cheesman.

So please join us on the 1st July at the Dance Research Studio, 23 Orsman Road, N1 5RA.

Numbers are limited so please contact Tracy at littleimpyogi@gmail.com to reserve your place.
